Graphic Crafters ("we", "us") provides graphic design services through graphicrafters.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you enquire, order, or enrol, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, phone, email).
• Project details (service, package, delivery preference, brief, reference links).
• Files you upload with an enquiry (images and PDFs).
• Account details if you sign in (via Clerk).

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and deliver design work.
• To estimate scope, store order history, and share updates on WhatsApp or email.
• To improve our services and prevent abuse.

Storage

Order details and uploaded files are stored securely in our database and private cloud storage. Access is limited to studio operators. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We may use trusted processors for email delivery, authentication, hosting and storage. They only process data needed to provide those services.

Your choices

Email us at graphicrafters.design@gmail.com to request a copy or deletion of your enquiry data, subject to legal retention needs.
