Terms of Service

By submitting an enquiry or placing an order with Graphic Crafters, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries & quotes

Website package prices are starting estimates. Final scope, timeline and price are confirmed after we review your brief and files. Custom work may require a separate quote.

Revisions

Revision rounds follow the selected package. Extra revisions or major scope changes may be billed separately and will be agreed before work continues.

Delivery

Turnaround depends on package, delivery speed and how quickly feedback is provided. Urgent and express options are available where listed.

Files you upload

You confirm you have the right to share any references, logos or documents you upload. Uploaded files are used only to fulfil your project.

Payments

Design work typically starts after payment terms are agreed (full or deposit). Payments are accepted online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) or by direct UPI transfer. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store them. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Training enrolments can be refunded in full within 3 days of payment if no more than the first module has been accessed.

Intellectual property

Final approved deliverables transfer for your business use once payment is complete, unless otherwise agreed. Concept work not selected may remain studio property.
