Terms of Service

By submitting an enquiry or placing an order with Graphic Crafters, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries & quotes

Website package prices are starting figures. Send an enquiry with your brief — we confirm the final quote in your project chat, then email a Razorpay payment link. Training courses keep a fixed price and can be paid on the training page.

Revisions

Revision rounds follow the selected package. Extra revisions or major scope changes may be billed separately and will be agreed before work continues.

Delivery

Turnaround depends on package, delivery speed and how quickly feedback is provided. Urgent and express options are available where listed.

Files you upload

You confirm you have the right to share any references, logos or documents you upload. Uploaded files are used only to fulfil your project.

Payments

Design work starts after you accept the custom quote and pay the Razorpay link we send. Training enrolments use the fixed course price on the training page.

Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Training enrolments can be refunded in full within 3 days of payment if no more than the first module has been accessed.

Intellectual property

Final approved deliverables transfer for your business use once payment is complete, unless otherwise agreed. Concept work not selected may remain studio property.
